Manzili bundle, an ambitious initiative to enhance the quality of services and simplify procedures for customers

The UAE is committed to enhancing the efficiency of government work and the quality of public services. In line with this commitment, the Manzili bundle was launched to cater to the beneficiaries of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program. The bundle offers 18 housing services to citizens through collaboration between 24 federal and local government entities, simplifying the customer journey and the required documents by reducing the involved entities from 11 to 1 and the documents from 10 to two. The procedures are reduced from 14 to three, and the service fields from 32 to five.

Manzili is a yet another major step in our journey to enhance family stability through providing decent residences to citizens. Our wise leadership has always recognized the importance of offering citizens housing assistance that meets their aspirations and ensures a proper quality of life.
