This service allows a national establishment holding a land transport permit to transfer ownership of the permit to another party, provided that the receiving party holds a valid operational license issued by the Ministry and possesses valid vehicle ownership for the transferred vehicle.

Terms and conditions

The applicant must attach a copy of the vehicle ownership under the name of the new owner included insurance information
The licensee of the activity/agent/branch owner must submit data of the operating license for the activity issued by the Ministry.
The means of land transport must be equipped with safety measures and meet all technical conditions required by the competent authority
