Renewal of a national transportation vehicle permit

This service allows establishments to renew a land transportation permit to operate in the field of activity licensed in the country (goods or passengers) when the expiration date is close or 30 days before the expiration of the license, or when it expires with a grace period of 30 days after expiration.

How to apply

Terms and conditions

  1. The means of land transport must be equipped with safety measures and meet all technical conditions required by the competent authority.
  2. The applicant must attach a valid insurance document that covers the United Arab Emirates, the insurance must cover the following: Or obtain data via integration
  3. The means of transportation to be licensed.
  4. Driver, assistant and passengers
  5. Civil compensation.

  • 100AED - In addition to 5 AED per seat for passenger vehicles, 10 AED per ton for the total load of goods transport vehicles. delay fee if it is not renewed or cancelled within 30 days from the date of expiry (50 dirhams for each month of delay or part thereof, with a maximum of 150 dirhams for each activity) — AED 100
