This service enables the release of the contractor’s advance payment based on the completed project phase and as evaluated by the relevant authority.

How to apply

Terms and conditions

  1. The 30-day period starts from the work commencement date if the first payment is made.
  2. No entering for payment is less than the minimum, and it is as follows:
    • Contract Value: AED 800,000 — Minimum Threshold: AED 80,000
    • Contract Value: AED 500,000 — Minimum Threshold: AED 70,000
    • Contract Value: AED 400,000 — Minimum Threshold: AED 60,000
    • Contract Value: AED 300,000 — Minimum Threshold: AED 50,000
    • Note : Minimum down payment does not apply in the event of the completion rate was 90%
  3. Need to match the percentage in the project template with completion work done in case of uncompleted project
  4. The total percentage shall not exceed 50% up to the completion of internal and external plaster works in the construction phase
  5. You cannot send the payment in case it is not complete download all attachments
  6. The payment details must be consistent with the file initiation data.
