This service allows the beneficiary, through the consultant, to submit a request to withdraw maintenance works from the current contractor and reassign them to another contractor, due to contractual and technical reasons, based on the Ministry’s evaluation and approval.

View Service CardThis service allows the contractor, through the consultant, to submit a request to terminate the beneficiary’s contract in cases of delayed payment or the beneficiary’s decision not to proceed with the remaining works. The request is subject to assessment and approval by the relevant authority in accordance with the approved procedures.
