Issuing permits for foreign land transport vehicle

This service enables customers to issue permits allowing foreign transport vehicles to enter the State empty: - Entry permit for empty land transportation vehicles that are not registered in the country.

How to apply


Terms and conditions

  1. The application shall be submitted by non-national companies.
  2. The duration of stay shall be specified, not exceeding seven (7) working days
  3. A declaration stating the purpose of entry into the State as an empty vehicle.
  4. An official document issued by an entity in the United Arab Emirates for loading purposes, requiring the entry of an empty vehicle into the State
  5. Details of the port of entry, as well as the origin and destination of the transport operation.
  6. Specify the vehicle type (bus, truck)
  7. Any other information the Ministry may require from time to time for issuing a permit for empty vehicles to enter the country
