Government housing ownership

This service allows to issue a decision for ownership of the beneficiary (citizen) who obtained the grant government housing to complete the ownership procedures according to the procedures and conditions of the local authorities.

How to apply

Terms and conditions

  1. The housing must be in the category of housing grants and not loans
  2. Occupancy of the housing by the beneficiary and the passage of a period of more than one year from the receipt of the housing by the citizen
  3. The applicant must be the same person who received the government housing to be owned
  4. The housing may not be disposed of except with the approval of the Ministry.
