How to apply

Terms and conditions

  1. Stop practicing the activity for any reason
  2. Death of the licensee (individual institutions)
  3. Liquidation of the company, whether the liquidation was by agreement of the partners, by the expiration of its term, or by a judicial ruling
  4. Submit an application on the form prepared by the Ministry
  5. Paying fines and any dues resulting from the license
