MoEI Commits To The Government Services Quality Charter

MoEI has signed the Government Services Quality Charter that sets the main principles for designing and providing government services in the UAE. The move is in line with the UAE Strategy for Government Services 2021-2025 that aims to offer a new and advanced level of customer care and high-quality services, specially tailored to meet the needs of the community.
